Your Sew It Academy membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use the Sew It Academy’s service you must have internet access and provide us with one or more payment methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) as may be updated from time to time.
Subscription fees for the Sew It Academy service and other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged to your payment method on the specific payment date that coincides with the date of your billing enrollment. The length of your billing cycle is 30 days. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. Visit our website and click on “My Account”> “Order History” to see your next payment date.
To use the Sew It Academy service fully you must provide one or more payment methods. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account in case your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
Updating your Payment Methods
You can update your payment method by going to the “My Account” page, select “Billing”> “Add Card”. You can then proceed to input the new card number, then select “Add”. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable payment method(s). Please be advised that following any payment method updates or declined payments, if the account is suspended you must contact customer service at email@example.com to process the payment and reactive the account.
You can cancel your Sew It Academy subscription at any time, just remember to cancel before it renews in order to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the next billing cycle to your payment method(s). To cancel, go to the “My Account” page on our website, select “Subscriptions”, and cancel. If you cancel your subscription, you will terminate access immediately. You can also email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist with canceling your membership and you will continue to have access to Sew It Academy through the end of your billing cycle.
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership period. Following any customer service assisted cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle.
